Wow! What a comfortable home with a breathtaking view.

Checking in and out was easy. Connie and Eric were responsive and helpful. We enjoyed every day of our stay. It was hard to leave.

The surround environment is very quiet and spacious.

The home is clean and very comfortable. The house has three level. Level 1: ground level with a view (it’s not a basement), has a bedroom with a bathroom and a den that has a large TV, a foos ball table and a comfortable sofa. I call this the man cave. My husband loved the den.

The 2nd level is the main level with living room, kitchen and balcony with incredible view. It has the master bedroom with its own bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds, and the main bathroom.

The 3rd level is a special bedroom with a sink. It has views of the front and back sides of the house. I call this the princess room.

The property is spacious inside and outside. The inside is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

One morning I woke up and saw three horned bucks hanging out in the front yard.

One thing I hope they will fix soon is the rail on the balcony. It’s unstable.

I would come back. The energy of this property and location is very good. I feel rejuvenated by being here.

Truly a gem in the mountains. The views from the back porch are just simply amazing. There was a lot of space for family and friends. Connie and Eric were also very easy to communicate with. They gave us great tips and advice about the home and its features. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem! If you're look for a getaway without much to do but with a gorgeous view and a comfortable home, this is it! We spent 2 nights at their place as a group of 9 with 4 kids and we ALL had a blast! The views are beautiful and extremely relaxing. The house is large and since we had kids, we were comfortable in the queen beds. It is well equipped with linens, towels and kitchen ware for large groups. The yoga room is a plus! The kids loved running around the house and using the front and back yards to play a lot of sports. Connie and Eric responded very quickly to any questions we had and the Inn they recommended actually had really good food! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We took our small Real Estate team here for a weekend retreat (six girls) and it was exactly what we needed! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, bowl etc. There were special touches throughout the house that referenced us being Realtors. Very quick communication and super simple check in/check out. Amazing views and great place for a quick getaway. We all highly recommend Connie and Eric's Bear Family Ranch!

This was an outstanding family stay! We have two young kids, and it can be a challenge to find a safe, comfortable spot for them to play that still feels like a retreat for the adults. Connie and Eric’s spot ticked all the boxes. If you are debating whether or not to book this place, do it! You won’t regret it. The views alone are worth it!
